Before you act, listen. Before you react, think. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. ----- Ernest Hemingway

Vintage Flea Market

Welcome. I am so happy that you stopped by. You are just in time to take a little trip with me to the Vintage Flea Market in Old Town Tustin to look for treasurers for my Spring Garden. It is raining . . . if you would like to go with me . . . grab you rain coat and rain boots and let's go.

Bentley is all ready to go - looks like he managed to wiggle out of his raincoat .

By the time we arrived - the rain stopped and the sun came out. Rainy days are great for shopping Flea Markets as lots of times the rain keeps buyers away and there is more to choose from.

The wonderful old truck looked right at home parked in front of the Vintage Flea Market.

Let's see what we can find . . . .

I found two fun items for my garden - let's take Bentley to the little park next to the Flea Market and then go back home and I will show you my finds. The tiny little garden has two benches and the fence is decorated with reproduction farm packaging labels depicting the citrus farming history of Old Town Tusitn

Citrus packaging labels.

Back home in the garden . . . finally . . . Spring bulbs are beginning to bloom .

I have been looking for an old red wagon to display plants in my garden and finally found one at the Vintage Flea Market today. A little Radio Flyer just the right size.

My other find was this adorable vintage garden girl with a big bonnet. She was only $5.00 and fit right in with the Spring plants that are starting to bloom.

Isn't she charming?
